Here are my sketches from the Dr. Sketchy’s LA event last week at Titmouse. The model was wearing different Halloween masks for every pose, so I wound up just making up faces. The only one where I didn’t make up the face is the one where the model has a tiger head. Continue reading

Here’s a girl I drew for the latest issue of Sundae Magazine, which should be launching a little later tonight. Oh, and don’t forget it will include a brand new BANGS comic by me!

Here’s something new I drew for a reason that I’ll mention later (like, next week-ish). For now, just let your imagination wander.

Here’s another one of those secret comics I’ve been working on. This one was for a new online magazine called Sundae, which covers music, fashion, beauty and culture. The magazine was created by Britt Middleton, a former contributor to KillerPOP (a pop culture collective I founded). In addition to the comic, I served as art director, laying out all of the pages and creating all of the original illustrations.
The magazine is posted in a cool, interactive format via issuu, which is pretty exciting. You can actually flip through the pages as if it were a physical magazine, and you can view it in gorgeous full-screen mode. Issuu also offers an android app, if you want to read it on your phone (iPhone app coming soon).
The comic’s on page 22, but stick around and peruse the rest of the issue. Expect further “Bangs” comics, as it will be a continuing series in this monthly mag.
Read it now, here!

Here’s another sketch I did of that Bangs character. I’m really digging her – think I’ll keep messing around with the design.
Also, thank you whoever put my Richard Dunn sketch up on StumbleUpon (although why didn’t you go for the colorized version?) I’ve had a steady stream of viewers from that today.
Also, you will be happy to know that people continue finding my blog by searching for “bacon drawing” (or similar phrases related to bacon and drawing). Literally every day for the past couple days someone has reached my site via bacon related search.

Here’s another random sketch. Trying to give you guys some goodies to look at despite the fact that most of what I’m working on right now is under wraps.
This girl has big eyes.
